What is Physical Wellness?
Physical wellness is about honoring the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). It includes caring for our health through nutritious eating, regular movement, quality rest, and daily routines that support vitality and strength. When we care for our physical health, we’re better equipped to fulfill our God-given purpose.
